Elysian Field enjoyed not only local and regional success but received national recognition appearing several times on Billboard's Hot 100. The group also had several write-ups in Billboard and Sixteen Magazine. They remained together until the early 70's.

Jim Settle was involved in music with the group, Metro. Frank Bugbee became involved in theatre and also did studio work with the Monkees. He is now producing his own CD of instrumental work. Rudy Helm owns Helm Productions, a company that produces music and sound effects. Dennis Ledford worked at a local talent agency and played in a band called Flyers. Denny Lile started the band Otis in 1971. Mark Miceli has been active in music and the arts. Marvin Maxwell owns and operates Mom's General Store for Musicians. Marvin also produced live stereo broadcasts of local and regional music from his store and continues to perform in music.
